BH-2.0 can't even change trailer numbers, or assign an empty to the truck. Last week, when they sent me to Bentonville to pick up an empty after that wreck damaged trailer was unusable, I told him the number trailer when I picked it up, then when I arrived at the shipper, it was still not assigned. Today I picked up at a Tyson plant out in the middle of nowhere UT (you go to 1 mile past BFE and hang a left and it'll be on the right). Last night I was told my trailer was preloaded, and they gave me a trailer number. When I got to the shipper, the trailer number we were told my load was loaded on was at a door with the red light. I went in, gave them the numbers, they told the same trailer number. When I said they needed to unlock it from the dock, he said it's in the parking area...I said nope, I backed up in front of it at the dock, and it had a red 'X' light blinking. Then they had to go thru the process of figuring out what trailer my load was on. They finally got it straight, and I sent a message to BH2.0 that there was a mix-up by the shipper, and that my load was on a different trailer, gave him the trailer number and the corrected temp and reefer mode(load info didn't have either, and I thought I would kill 2 birds/codes with one message/stone). It was 45 min after that message, I picked up the trailer and headed to the guard shack to check out. Got my bills, did my load call and rolled out. I then get the automated beep saying load info not integrated, incorrect trailer number, send in load call with correct trailer. Then, an hour after the outside pickup time, I get the detention time message, so he still hasn't fixed the system info with the correct trailer. This #### ain't rocket science numb nutz, get on the ball and do your friggin job. If he hasn't fixed it before he goes home, it's staying like that until after hours comes in... they'll fix it...which is a sad statement. Usually drivers have issues with after hours, but I have less issues with them than I do with my regular mis-manager

By the way. If anyone is sent to Tyson in Eagle Mountain, UT. The address on the load info says they are on Tyson Pkwy...your GPS won't find it. The directions are mostly right, except the last part. It says to use the same street number, but on Cedar Valley road and the town of Cedar Fort UT. And they are right off of Cedar Valley rd...they're not. They have a county road they're off if, and maybe it's in the process of being changed to Tyson Pkwy...but the road was just recently paved, just for the Tyson plant(and they paid for it). The road is W 4000 N. If you get to the address the directions say, look directly to your left down that little county road. Nice enough people, but I think the lady guard must have been a police officer or a DOT inspector. You do a trailer inspection when you get there, and she marks down every scratch...and I had some grease splotches, that I had to wipe to prove they weren't tiny scratches. I don't know what she'd do with some of our beat to crap trailers that we pull...she might need 2 inspection sheets.

It took BH-2.0 until 30 min ago to realize my load call didn't go thru yesterday, and never read the message about the trailer mixup. I am actually missing the original Butthead.

Fuel has just recently started an epic price increase, and it's already starting to mess with freight

    #### this company's management, and the ##### they rode in on. May they all get locked in their houses this summer by their electronic door locks, and the power goes out during a heat wave, and they all roast in their own brand of Hell ...mid 80's outside, upper 80's inside my truck, and the ####ing opti-idle cycled once...and now it won't start itself back up. I have to sit here and tap the throttle every 3 minutes to get it to cool off. I don't care if the wife needs the insurance or not. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS WORTHLESS #### HOLE OF A COMPANY AND THEIR GARBAGE EQUIPMENT
