Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Last time I was here, there was no I-11 that you had to exit of off to get to them. Their entrance was right of US-93

 

I think I have set a personal best for the largest amount of miles I have been overpaid on a load. The load paid 1697, when I deliver tomorrow, I will have only driven 1633 miles.

 

I just consider it compensation for the previous load that paid me 10 empty miles for going from Memphis (south of Shelby Ave, almost at the MS border) to the W. Memphis yard.

 

They just pulled me off the pplaned load to WA for some reason...oh well, guess they must have changed the forecast and it's only gonna be rain instead of snow...then a fair weather driver wanted it back.


Sitting here chillin, truck on opti-idle(engine not running yet) while I have some chops in the slow cooker and this appears on the dash





Plus My-ex Christine tried to kill me yesterday. Not sure if it was one of the downgrades on I-40 in AZ or after I got on US-93, but going downhill, tranny in 11th, jake on high, holding it's speed constant...then it said F-it, went to E-coast, then Neutral...all by itself for no reason. F Freighliner and the half-tard who programs the transmission software. They need to send whom ever it is back on the short bus to their special school.
