There is just 1 scale I'll pass going into Baltimore so hoping I get a bypass, or if I am pulled in, it's just too check weight and not an inspection.

I know when I picked up booze in MD,I was told the one in my permit book would work.
I was turned away when I went to load, and had to go to PA terminal for a Registered permit. -

RussianBearTruckeR and Lonesome Thank this. -
Surprisingly, other than tons of DC traffic, made all my stops without issue. Stop 2 had me scared cause I delivered to a Maryland county distribution center which shared the same space with the county police.
However no one asked to see a permit so all was good.
Wonder how bad it would be if I shut down before 200 miles on this medical load. Don't have the hours left to push out 200 miles by the time the trailer will be ready so was just going to go to our PA yard not to far away. -
I remember past companies partnered with some national cdl legal agency but only charged $1 a day. -

Yesterday, I asked BH2.0 (nicely) to please make sure that my next load delivers before payroll cutoff. Since I have had 2 down weeks in a row (one casued by the wrecked trailer SNAFU and the WY road closure). He said they would do their best. And I left it like that...no snippy reply, no 'you better!!!!'. Just put trust in the system. Next load, picking up at a finished paper products facility in Anderson, SC going to N. Platte for Friday. Works for me.
The customer I delivered to this morning is a tight arsed location, on skinny 2 lane roads that you have to blind side into their dock. Fortunately, they had 2 docks to choose from, so it made it easier.
The dedicated trucks they use can barely get around one another when pulling out of their docks when there is more than one.Lonesome Thanks this. -
