That was always the reason I left Schneider bulk the two times. Never got miles and always sitting.
Last time I was there, they had over 20 of us sit for 4 days to wait for one customer which was going to have a bunch of loads ready. After I did that run I sat another 3 days before they sent me home. Cleaned out my truck and left the moment I got back to the yard.
If money is not an issue and you just want easy tanker experience then Schneider Bulk is for you.
Another reason they can't keep accounts is because a lot of drivers make mistakes at facilities causing them to be banned from getting loaded/unloaded there. Many facility's I hear won't give loads to Schneider because of what past drivers did on site.
They also micromanage just as much if not more than Crete. Have to call in to a hazmat hotline on every hazmat load so they can ask you if you got the right placards and if you know what page in the hazmat book the bills go and that you must stop at scales even of you have bypass light. Also if on a Nalco load have to do another check call which is them just making sure you can do basic math and that the tank you are loading in matches the bills as well as the chemical listed at the connection point.

As if this load wasn't cursed from the start (I call it the demonic load...last 3 numbers on the b/l are 666). Now, just before the brake check area on I-64 east of Beckley, this happened
All in all, even though Creaffer uses may-pops, tires are one thing I rarely have issues with (knock on a simulated wood-like substance)Last edited: Mar 27, 2022

Nalco loads are micromanagement at it's peak. For every carrier, not just Schneider. Hopefully, I'll never have to do another one.motocross25, Winnyf1, newbietrucker91 and 2 others Thank this. -

I am told Nalco Water pays really well but they do everything by the book and you will have your day managed like a hawk.

I must have kicked up something up off the road because when I moved over to the last spot in this brake check area, I noticed something else...the left front inside tire also had a fresh cut in the sidewall, and is now flat(wasn't flat before, but sitting here waiting on road service, it must have leaked down). This all happened when I was crossing from a road surface to a bridge, so maybe my truck tires kicked something loose and it nailed my trailer tires. There is nothing damaged on my steer or tractor tires on that side...so who knows. The only place the breakdown road service could find that could make it here was the T/A in Wytheville, VA... that's about the same distance as the Love's that is over by the VA/WV like here on 64.
