Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Well, I was offered a choice. Back to helping out at the Cheyenne DC (in my truck, which would be less of a PITA) or sit until sometime over the weekend. Since I have been sitting most of the last 9 days, I chose the lesser of 2 evils and said yes to a week of Walmart pergatory duty. The load info said Sunday to Sunday, but I checked with them, and I could come over any time. So, I was putting a fresh coating of grease on my 5th wheel and preparing to head over, and my old A/M called with an alternate plan...turns out there is an export load to Oakland coming over from NE that needed repowered and he wondered if I would cover it...ummmm HELL YES!!!!!! So, I will nap, then when it gets here, head for Oakland. Total reverse psychology worked...when it was "I don't want to do Walmart" they say " it is that or nothing", but when I enthusiastically say "ok" to Walmart, then it's "oh, we found something else productive for you". I wonder....if I said I never want to walk on the moon, I wonder if they'd find a load to Canaveral for the next Musk to the Moon Mission
