The only thing they are all about is making as much money as they can will giving you the least amount they can and you still have you drive for them.

They can’t do remote diagnostics? My truck has been throwing a code often on for a week and a half. I called our road service manager, he looked up the diagnostics when I had the check engine light on. It’s a def level sensor short. He called the dealer down the street, had them order the part, set up an appointment and I’ll get it changed tomorrow morning.

it’s 2022 the technology is there, especially if my little 200 truck company has it. Maybe it’s because I’m at a Kenworth with a Cummins motor (The combination God himself would run).

You have to remember what company you're talking about. Those remote services cost money, and Creaffer will piss and moan at a driver for using a truckstop Transflow to scan in the paperwork they need to be paid because it's soooooo expensive. You think a company that cheap would spend any extra on remote diagnostics? Please!!!!!!

Didn't we have issues in that area last year too? Where they wanted us to stop and scan the barcode or use the intercom at the booth to give the operator the transponder ID number.

10 yrs??..not with the extreme change in climate constantly..batteries tend to not last their normal life when they’re dealt constantly with extreme cold and heat…that shop guy has no clue..

Gremlins continue. Peoplenet went into non-ELD mode twice today, and it lost GPS from just east of Laramie all the way to just before the Cheyenne DC and the #### nanny collision sensor tripped 4 times (claiming there was debris covering it, but it was clear) between Green River and the hill coming into Laramie. But, I still made it without my blood pressure making my head explode.
