Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

I was doing 3200mi a week since beginning of april..i come out of the house last week and the bottom fell out…i literally have multiple people calling me on the same loads..they interns who are not being communicated to by the regular staff i guess and it’s causing a disaster…i have no regular dispatcher because mine just abruptly disappeared and I’m floating around with temporary ones..they have their issues but what’s happening at the moment is absurd and i have for sure let them know what i think…

Those #### bananas in thr hood with heroin needles and unknown drug bags all over that lot but thats one place you can seriously damages equipment... I've lost a brake chamber on the #### heavily loaded unopened free bananas to the public trailer those potholes are deadly... stay safe made it to wilmer somehow to tcall not sure how those time sensitive bananas made it out of the shop alive or just ripe!

Just dropped at that wmt many MTs have issues there do a proper test b4 attaching and going... I grabbed a 840 mt with some air leaks and tandems that took some back n forth rocking to get er moving. Colombus back lot full of 838 trailers I'm assuming that have even sold to cowboy indepents bit with many unknowns happening a strange target on food processing and related business's who's jumping into OO status? Someone's rolling the dice... very friendly people at that wmt tho nice farm run carnival is blocking a major street there so some tight button hook taking over the entire intersection while children watch in shock there but still a good dc to dnh at terminal 44 miles away also

 

Just playing devils advocate.

Why would dispatchers play games like that. Many companies offer incentives to dispatchers to keep trucks productive, and have their fleets running the biggest miles possible. I'm sure Shaffer is the same. Could it just be that the dispatcher or planner didn't do their job as well as they could have and messed up? What do they gain by purposefully giving you a load you will reject? Maybe they just need better experienced staff.
