I was doing 3200mi a week since beginning of april..i come out of the house last week and the bottom fell out…i literally have multiple people calling me on the same loads..they interns who are not being communicated to by the regular staff i guess and it’s causing a disaster…i have no regular dispatcher because mine just abruptly disappeared and I’m floating around with temporary ones..they have their issues but what’s happening at the moment is absurd and i have for sure let them know what i think…
Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Why would dispatchers play games like that. Many companies offer incentives to dispatchers to keep trucks productive, and have their fleets running the biggest miles possible. I'm sure Shaffer is the same. Could it just be that the dispatcher or planner didn't do their job as well as they could have and messed up? What do they gain by purposefully giving you a load you will reject? Maybe they just need better experienced staff.kylefitzy and Geekonthestreet Thank this. -
