Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Not sure yet. It was a surprise to the planners that I would be rolling this week, so they're working on a plan to route me home.

 

Same as it was at Creaffer. They'll run me until I say uncle after they get me home for my initial 'pick up my stuff' hometime.

When I turned in the Shaffer truck, I was told I wouldn't be getting my performance bonus for last quarter. Earlier this week, Deland's fleet manager (who I always got along with very well, and was the only person in management above my Asset Manager's pay grade I had any respect for), she sent the quarterly text telling me how much bonus I was getting. Well, this weeks paystub came out and....the bonus is on there, so, either Deland's #2 was misinformed, or Deland's #1 has some influence and got it paid. So, like my posts about a company have always been about what's going on, bad or good...here is something good...Shaffer paid me what they owed me...so that bitter taste I had in my mouth when I left has been sweetened a bit. However, I still stand by my statement that I will NEVER set foot on Acklie property ever again, unless I am delivering something to them.

 

What will I do without hand holding, nannying and micromanaging?

 

I wake up between 2 and 3 a.m. no matter where I am at...then have to fight to go back to sleep
