    I've been at crete for 14 years in a couple months and have never had most of the issues that SSB always brings up, however I wasn't on the Shaffer side either. I hope he is happy in his new endeavor.

    Exactly. I went all week without getting pissed off at anyone. Didn't feel like chucking a piss bottle at any one. Didn't argue with anyone. That's the first time that has happened in a very long time.

    Good to hear that. If I went through the #### you did I would probably have snapped on someone at some point had I stayed.

    One thing I advocate for any young person entering the workforce is to live well below their means in order to create the financial freedom to leave any situation at anytime. I’ve had my share of bad jobs that taught me that. I always said I’d live in a 1969 single wide before taking a mortgage. Thankfully I never had to do that, but I would.

    Most companies like some employee turnover...new hires work at lower pay than long time drivers...and it leaves more profit sharing for Tonn..because many drivers who quit...didn't stay long enough...to be 100% vested t... and take it with them

    Just getting my footing at the new place and getting rolling. My spidey sense is tingling, there are many on here just waiting to say "I told you so", or "same snackbar, different company...it'll be the same there as everywhere else.". I just want to get a feel for how things go here before posting anything. Besides, the polls are still open on the "where's snackbar headed" thread for a couple more days.
