The one in Romulus, Michigan isn't too bad, though I've mostly delivered bananas there. Delivered them to blue ash oh too, in and out in about 30min but otherwise, yeah Kroger not that good

I've only delivered bananas once. It was to King Soupers in Denver, a place that I'd been to for frozen loads with typical hours long unloads. That one banana delivery there took less than 30 minutes. They said it was a separate group within the warehouse that unloaded that product. Even the guy that signed for it was not part of the main receiver desk. As a reefer guy I was shocked to say the least how quick it was. Anyone know if that banana unload time is typical? Why?

    Bumper and JoeyJunk Thank this.

Every banana load I delivered was treated as a high priority product. Probably because bananas can go from green to garbage in such a short time once they come out of the container that they have to get them into the stores as quickly as possible before they turn.
