    They've been there as storage/businesses for at least 50 years. The temperature and humidity is perfect for storage. I remember back in ‘79 delivering at the ones on 435 north of 70.

    Also, half the places are a blindside back. The paths are only 2 lanes, just wide enough for 2 trucks to pass going the opposite direction, and the turns are just as narrow.
