Hopefully you were able to find a good parking spot since you would probably do a 34 there.

    Lonesome and O.Henry Thank this.

Since leaving Acklie, this year's miles have been 11,000 in Jan, 9600 in Feb (with 6 days at the house), and 14030 in March... Which makes me even more happy I jumped off the sinking S.S. Ostergard when I did.

Lonesome, dwells40, Bumper and 3 others Thank this.

That's when companies should deadhead you whatever it takes to keep you rolling and charge any customer extra if it displaces a driver into a lower coming out to coming in loads area... good luck, go get a nice pricey steak and transflo the receipt with your next trip sheet

March and February were ok for what I was available to work for. April isn't going to be high miles though. 2 weeks off. Last week was bad. Like 1100 mi for the week, and was available the whole time. Thought it was just because they were trying to get me home but idk. It just seemed like freight took a nose dive. If it continues when I get back out I might be cleaning out my truck next home time. I really want out of this godforsaken industry, but was hoping to finish out the year and build a better nest egg.

I 100% agree. My company couldn’t find anything for me out of California about 8 weeks ago and told me to deadhead to phoenix from Lodi for my next pickup

I think the clowns running Lincoln like aschoff and kutter and tonn are clueless…aschoff was claiming online that they’re would be no freight over the weekend because all customers are closed from fri-tues for holiday..the problem is they inept folks running the show and it shows…
