Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Smoother ride, easier backing, and if I'm going to have to slid them to the back before I drop - why slide them up if I don't have to?

 

If that's the page I'm thinking of it's for actual questions and help, not complaints, valid or not. April and may have been hot garbage for me, but have been off a total of 3 weeks since beginning of April. The week before I went home was not good, but the week between was good. This week isn't looking good, but my actual asset manager has been out so idk. I'm at the point where if freight doesn't pick up soon though I'm just done. I'll try and make it through Thanksgiving, but I'm so done with driving we'll see.

 

Find a company that doesn’t have an excessive amount of drivers in conjunction with the amount of loads they have… Makes a big difference… They keep hiring over there, but they don’t have the freight for the drivers… my Company we have not slow down one bit…

 

Yeah, I definitely want something smaller if I stay in trucking. I like the network of terminals crete has but yeah they don't seem to have the freight for number of drivers right now. Main reason I'm not already looking is I have a vacation planned in December, so either need the time off, or what I'm hoping is drive through Thanksgiving then take December off before I start somewhere else. I'm not sure if I want to stay otr or do something local or regional.

 

Crete seems determined run off... senior more expensive otr drivers...and hire cheaper new drivers at a lower pay rate....Creaffer is going down hill ...FAST and on purpose...to increase their profits...at the expense of drivers

 

It seems to me miles would drop slowly over time. It’s like they flipped a switch and mine went off a cliff all at once.This is why I’m taking it personal.
When I try to talk to my terminal Manager (Wilmer) they tell me he’ll call when he gets done talking to another driver.I wait,and wait and Ross never calls.

 

No doubt…they wouldn’t bother listening beforehand..even the day I quit At Wilmer my bags were by the front office am few hrs before i went to airport and no one even bothered to say a darn thing but once i got to St. Louis texts galore..smh

 

according to Winston in the latest weekly video update, they put out. He basically stated well that saying the words it was mandatory, but you could tell which direction they’re moving in and that he pretty much wants all “b” services done now at Company shops only and TA and lives Only as a last resort
