Occasionally my travel agent asks a question that needs a prompt reply. I need to get him to message me on my phone if it's important.

SSB for future reference on your tablet on the little bell that sits at the top of your screen if that ever turns yellow with the number through it that means either you have received a pre-plan or they changed or set an appointment time on a load that you didn’t have an appointment for… Thought I’d let you know that so you know whether or not it’s a imperative message or not

Well, another load, another reschedule. Even before I get to my shipper, I realized that there is no chance in hell I will make it to my consignee with enough time to even get the small sleeper side of a split break. Pick-up appointment is 7 am (Pacific), delivery is 1 am (Mountain), it's 480 miles and 43k lbs. So, at least 8.5 driving hours, a 30 min break, fuel and load time. I might have 5ish hours in between if they're quick in the shipping department, so there is no way I can split a legal break. They do have parking at the receiver's end, but it's out in the street in front of the warehouse so I might be able to YM to check in and to my door, but without a uninterrupted 7 in the bunk, then that means I have to do a break after, so this 480 mile run it gonna turn into a 2 day run. I have had 1 good week(and 1 good paycheck) since I started. This week I will have under 1000 miles and 2 days layover, so this check is gonna suck sewer scum too. Can't wait until my wife gets her doctor's appointment and 90 day prescriptions filled in early May because coming here is looking like it wasn't such an improvement over what I was doing at SPD.
