That’s the issue mine’s having now.

What, dare I ask, is a “safety loop fault”? o_O

The only thing I can do is ask, which I have done. It's not like I have any influence with any level of management at this company. After all, based on the way they remind us how to do everything except breathe and wipe our ###, they obviously think we're mindless idiots incapable of thinking on our own, so whats it to them if there is another driver quitting. That whole "Our greatest asset" ######## on the trailers is just that, total ########.

I don't know. Seems like when I use opti idle it tries starting, doesn't, then have a message saying "safety loop fault, cycle key" or something. Saw some.other drivers complaining about it, shop has no idea, some software issue only newer trucks. Seems like every truck I get the comfort is worse

The safety loop is the hood tilt sensor, that way it doesn't try to start if you open the hood to check your oil or do a PTI. Sounds like the sensor is either misaligned or going bad and when the truck shakes a little when the engine 1st cranks it trips.

Really? You're jealous of ppl who go into perpetual debt for that #### truck that costs twice as much as it should? Envy sucks. It's right up there with greed.

They just pull some utter BS tonight a preplan that I got Thursday morning that picks up tomorrow in Rochelle Illinois going to Sacramento. They claim I didn’t have the hours to run it and pulled it from me after my asset mgr went home and if they think I’m gonna sit all weekend so I just sent them a message that if that’s the case, you’re gonna route me to Wilmer cause I’m turning the truck in…

I would have reminded them that you accepted it which means you had it planned out, if you didn't have the hours, you wouldn't have accepted it.

I have yet to see a replacement load myself. I am sitting at the Mechanicsburg yard with a half dozen running reefers with no trucks hooked to them, so there is freight sitting here needing moved, so they better get their head out of their ### and #### some freight. I think it's time for me to revert back to the old snackbar that worked for Crete...time for me to be a total ####### to these cubicle dwelling idiots. I have tried to get along passively, but Mr. Niceguy doesn't seem to be able to get things done, so it's time to be Mr. Eruption with a hair trigger that goes off on anyone the hesitates.

I just message Ops asking if they have a replacement load for the one that got cancelled. The Princess messaged back and said "she would check with the planner", so another words, she hadn't even looked to see if her drivers were covered. I turned loose and basically said that if they thought I was just gonna sit all weekend babysitting this truck for nothing, they might want to think again, and she might have an empty truck sitting in Deland 1st thing Tuesday morning.

I just turned around and sent them a message that if I don’t have something comparable route me to Wilmer cause I’m done and then all of a sudden Sarah responds and says she’s notified the operations manager and he personally called me and he’s looking into the shenanigans going all the way back to Monday… Apparently, I ruffle some feathers cause I flat out let them know this crap is going to stop and the lack of communication from the operation side is horrendous and that Tim and Erick are always complaining about us drivers not communicating on the weekly YouTube update and I said that’s the Complete opposite. It’s on the operation side and it better be fixed…

That's my Princess!!!!.....I haven't heard a word from her except "I'll check with the planner". So who knows how big of an explosion I will have to produce to get results.
