Snackbar's new adventure at Moore Freight Services

With our freight as slow as it is, I'd even take a Brooklyn load right now.

 

This is how tight this customer in Bensalem is...



And the only street in here has a truck ban from 10p until 6a...but they schedule the delivery for 2 am...and you can't park on the street....almost makes ya' want to go back to grocery hauling at times

 

Na, it's almost as crowded by the door with 3rd shift, they don't want to walk...you always have to round up people to move their stinkin cars. 2 am appt, it's almost 930 now, and I am 1/2 unloaded...this must be a union glass shop.

 

Don't know how you do it...I couldn't live in an area like Eastern PA or NJ...guess I'm too country.

 

#### no...the one drawback of Moore is that they only pay if the shipper pays...and the shipper was Pilkington, and our contract with them says they don't pay detention. That's the 2nd one in a row. My load to Jax out of Laurinburg that got me home was almost 6 hours, and $0 detention.
