Wake up, spend some quality time with the blow up sheep, look in the mirrors and see if that 53ft thingy is still there, roll.

Thats a 9-5 mentality my dude and trucking doesnt work that way.

Some days youll wake up to a drop and hook where you have 2 days to drive 900 miles and it wont be an appointment other than anytime that day. You wake up and start ….kind of when you want, as long as you get there. Personally I love starting 4-6am and get ahead a bit. But I suppose on a bad day you can start at noon in that scenario too. If there is no “8am sharp” appointment setup specifically you’re good.

Other days you wake up at 8 to hit an appointment by 10am thats 70 miles away. Theres no one around to tell you that you cant go take a 20 min dump lol

long as you trip plan its chill as hell. You make that call

You'll find out that in the trucking business you have to be a self starter. Nobody's going to be there to tell you what to do and where to do it. The only thing that matters is that you deliver on time, no accidents and that the freight you're delivering is not messed up! Oh yeah, sometimes you have to be a mind reader! Good luck

I shower every other day as long as I stayed cool and clean. My limit is I get itchy scalp and skin after the 2nd day.

Since he apparently isn't reading, I'll refer to him in the 3rd person. He overthinking it, but doing nothing. He needs to jump in the deep end, if he has a job. He'll post another question soon that's a completely different angle.
