Small planet. I ran Butte by myself as P&D. I remember your terminal since I delivered that large old distro center that sat behind it
Let me guess... You took the Harrison N exit then right on Meadowlark and then two blocks down to Wynne and their terminal is on the right?
So ya wanna drive a day cab. (The beginners company guide to ltl)

Always thought the property ownership requirement was for non-resident licenses.Texas_hwy_287 and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

Yes, I believe you’re correct...

I know they are the one state I can’t carry in on the way to Florida. At least they make it somewhat convenient by saying I can at least leave my loaded pistol in the center console in my truck.Texas_hwy_287, McUzi and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
South Carolina is a stupid state in terms of 2A. My CCW didn't get recognize and the only time I can open carry is if I am on my own property (whole 2/10 of an acre in suburbia) and if I go fishing or hunting.
I always carry, and always in the open when I was in Montana. I don't want trouble nor want to cause any. Sure enough, the first six months in SC I have to pull my conceal carry gun cause there is three against me. I don't fire a shot but me pointing at these jackholes was enough to scare them away. I never called it in cause our company at the time didn't allow guns.
Later on i found out that my CCW didn't transfer. I thought a conceal license transfers like a drivers license or a marriage license (under the Full Faith and Credit Clause) but apparently it doesn't. Had I called it in I would probably been arrested on a felony gun charge... Despite my license, 200 hours of training, background checks, and something in the Constitution that allows me bear arms.
Yeah. Stupid. All of it.wulfman75, FlaSwampRat, Texas_hwy_287 and 3 others Thank this. -
SC doesn’t have reciprocity with MT unfortunately. They do have reciprocity with FL, but they won’t honor my FL permit because it’s an NR permit.
On a side note, SC does have duty to inform, so if an LEO stops you, you have to tell them you’re carrying.
South Carolina Gun Laws | GunsToCarry GuideFlaSwampRat, Texas_hwy_287 and road_runner Thank this. -
Prolly shouldn't mention it. But the very gun I used to defend myself with was the same one I had strapped to my back when I was pulled over at a scale a week prior to the incident. I did not know I wasn't allowed to carry in the state nor did I know I had to report the gun.
Either way I would be a felon right now and probably unemployed. I wish things would be standardized accross the board for all states.Texas_hwy_287, Gearjammin' Penguin, FlaSwampRat and 1 other person Thank this. -
Yep... We have several drivers that run in from Billings every night. Coming up from the south can be like a walk in the park compared to running across I-90 from Billings in the winter.Texas_hwy_287 and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

So does everybody else.
Unfortunately we’re left with having to look at every state’s laws.Texas_hwy_287 and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
And I am way off tracking from this thread. But I don't carry cause I want to rob you or hurt anyone. I do so cause I was robbed and had to defend myself. Still, I would be the one in jail for firearm offense.
Little bit asinine if you ask me. And I honestly didn't even realize I was wrong at the time.Texas_hwy_287 and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
anyone has an idea how much costco pay and benefits. Im curious if costco pay and benefits are in comparison to Walmart.
Thanks.road_runner, McUzi and FlaSwampRat Thank this.
