I had fun at Roush in Livonia last week loading Mustangs in the rain. Big horsepower, three pedals, and a stick made things interesting. Those dang things wanted to jump !

how are you supposed to clean snow off cars that are already loaded that then get snowed on……? In those states that have laws about cleaning snow off vehicles.

P.S. I believe in the start early before daybreak and let the wind blow it off……

I figure since the state has largely adopted faith-based snow removal policies (God put it there, He can take away.) that works for me, too! LOL

I could technically climb up there and use my foam brush, but as long as it's powder, I'll just reach what I can from the ground. I put some effort into it if it's packed or crunchy, I don't want to take out a windshield.

That is way under normal steps. We hauled auction cars outta Fontana, L.A. and Vegas. I would melt a pair of shoes a week. Some of those lots are 5 miles long and across the highway. I dropped a hundred pounds there when I ran there. I sure hated my wife retiring from the Air Force at Nellis. We would each average 20k steps a day on a 10 car in 2017

That is just one of the reasons I stopped hauling out of the auction after 3 loads years ago. Looking for a needle in a haystack only to find the car with a dead battery or out of gas wasn’t how I want to haul cars. The friends I have who get their cars pulled and staged often still have issues of some sort. I will stick to my hour or so load times and down the road I go.

They've got GPS trackers now, which is a big help. At least now when you walk to the farthest corner of the lot you know you're car will actually be there!

That helps since the unscrupulous carhaulers use your car to go get their car on the other side of the lot. Hence the reason cars generally weren’t where they were supposed to be.
