Lots of trucks in Key West. There’s a Home Depot I know for sure. Delivered there years ago. Food service delivery, gasoline, and I’m assuming a Wal Mart or Publix is down that way. Probably a dozen or so trucks down there daily making deliveries out of Metro Dade.

True, true. But let's say a truck driver lives in Key West. Where do you think he or she would park the truck on home time?

They were close to extinction until Jack Watson took up for them

I've always found it fascinating that there are Big Cats (Panthers) and Bears in Florida

I suspect that, at some point in history, a hurricane washed some deer off the main land and swept them to those islands.

It's happened recently to some horses and cows. Up in the Carolinas.

Well, unlike the Hollywood induced misconceptions about great white sharks thanks be to the Jaws movies where they actually prefer their meat a little more blubbery like seals, maybe these “mini deer” are somehow unappealing.

There's a number of other Predators that the Key Deer have to be careful of

What Predator Eats the Key Deer?

When Ya think of Florida Predators, Gators always top the List but as @Wasted Thyme said, " they better be Salt Water Gators" :D
