I got a truck assigned, cleaned it thoroughly. However, my truck seat is still full of a mixture of grease, sweat and urine. Obviously, the previous driver was not exactly the cleanest type, and my employer does not want to do anything about "my work place". That's why I'm looking for specialized businesses where they deep clean and disinfect truck seats. Thanks for your suggestions.

You can try those hand held steam cleaners or get a car detail shop to do it for you. Cheapest route would be to buy some nice seat covers. I always put a nice comfortable set on every truck I was ever in. They also protect the seats so you don't get blamed for something. In 6 months or so, throw them out and get new ones. I did the same with the floor. I would go to Walmart and buy a 6' foot piece of carpet of which they sell in rolls and I would cut it out to fit perfectly in truck. Just lay it down in there and trim around everything. It really makes the truck nice and just like the seat covers you can throw it out when it gets dirty! Runs about $15-$20 for a nice piece! I would buy those floor pan type mats so you can take your shoes off in the passenger seat and all the mud, snow, diesel, urine, poo etc... stayed right there contained in the mat instead of in the back where you sleep! Kept lysol in the door pocket and would just blast the mat or bottom of my shoes. Think about where you walk and then get in your truck! Kind of nasty. I know the lysol sounds over board but we used to go to a lot of chicken houses and they would have raw chicken soup in the parking lot from leaking out of the trailers and such. It was so nasty that I bought lysol to spray my shoes so I wouldn't get some funk. After that I realized every where else I'd go was just as nasty! So I always had a can of lysol and a bottle of hand sanitizer in the door. Very rarely did we get sick and I really believe its because we kept the truck so clean.

Just wanted to add that Turtle wax makes a cleaning product for both upholstery and carpeting it comes in a spray can with a bristle brush attached. It really works wonders! This could be another cheap alternative if you don't want to pay someone to detail your truck.

I'd use TuffStuff and Lysol. Most parts stores,Walmart whatever carry TuffStuff, always kept a can of it in the truck for quick clean up and 3 cans of lysol. Used the Lysol in the showers too!

Turn your A/C on recirculate and spray the Lysol near the floor on the passenger side nad let it "clean" your air system, helps keep you truck clean smelling. Also do this after you've had a cold.

If you really want it deep cleaned, use the suggestion already posted about steam upholstery cleaners. You can rent them or buy them. I liberally soak the cloth seat in soapy hot water then use the cleaner to suck out the water along with the dirt. It comes out looking like the blackest coffee. Use seat covers to help prevent more deep penetrating dirt, but eventually you get past the point of no return and it is time to put brand new leather Bose heat and massage seats in.
