SR-22 (California) and getting hired to drive?

Virginia has them also.
My cousin had one when we were much much younger. HIs insurance went through the roof, and that was a personal vehicle nothing to do with CDLs, and that was roughly 30 years ago. He liked to speed, and not just 5 over...took that SR22 to smarten him up. He also liked to roll around with no insurance.
I can only imagine the impact on a CDL driver now with a SR22 in this day and age.
Look into the AG work that was suggested, keep your nose clean, and wait it out.
It sucks, but eh...not much you can do about it, but learn from it, and move forward.
