the pay scale has changed since i worked for them.while i was with them i averaged 650-700 a week take home pay after taxes ins etc came out.in the year and a half i was with them never had a problem getting home the day that i requested to be home.sometimes not as early as i preferred time wise but always on the day that i put in when i left out each time from the house.i was fortunate that i worked for some good fleet mgrs while i was there

I'm about to go next weeka nd i've been reading a few posts about people who got kicked out. what are some reasons for that besides dumb things like smoking a joint on your way there or forgot about a felony. i'm ok with things like that but am a bit of a fat guy but capable of doing physical stuff. i'm not saying i could run 5 miles or even 2 miles without passing out but have worked jobs loading and unloading trucks...love these posts btw, y'all are a big help.

Your starting pay is .22 cents per mile.
After driving for a year you will get .34 cents per mile.
You can expect some pay checks to be $30.00 and some to be $500.00.
If you are very lucky you might make $15,000.00 the first year.
Your truck will come with two seats, a steering wheel, shifter and a bunk bed.
You have to add all the extras.
You will not make any money at home.
You have to stay on the road to make the $15,000.00.
I hope you have some saving in the bank, so you can eat and take a shower.
If you don't you can count on losing some of your weight.
    Good Luck!!

    $15,000?
    that seems a bit low!...
I think if you are out there try to run you will clear 25000 or more. 15000 sounds like a weak number. Maybe if you only run 25 weeks? IMO...

i'm sure you just havev to let them know you are here to work and not ##### all the time. i'm sure if i make it through all the training i'll get the miles. i'm usually good with people. 25 is good for a first year while paying back all debts and such. my ultimate goal in all of this is to get a job driving a tour bus for a band or singer. i have friends that do it and make over $100k but you have to have at least 2 years of OTR before they look at you
