First off, I would like to say that I'm not being bitter by posting this review. I'm simply posting this review to help drivers like me before they go through the things that I had to experience with this company! First off I would like to start off with all the promises that they tell you in the beginning just for you to come to this company and realize that you was lied to! They guarantee you 3000 mi a week which you will never see because they only pay you for two loads a week about a thousand miles a. So that's right around 2,000 mi a week. If that not to mention the equipment is always breaking down. They take shortcuts instead of fixing the problem. They do it temporary fix. They tell you to take the truck to their people so they can patch it instead of fix it! As we speak I am now waiting for a load back to Illinois to drop the truck off and they have completely shut me out. Told me to drive towards Georgia then they send me a load and then when I get there someone already picked up the load so they knew when they sent me there that the load had already been picked up. Now they won't answer the phone and they turn my gas card off. So I can't just drive to Illinois because they cut my fuel card off all because I told them that I was moving on with my career because I'm tired of the lies and the miscommunication. The dispatch really sucks after 5:00 p.m. and weekends you can get no help from dispatch. They not in the office. They are home with their families but you are stuck out here trying to pick up and deliver Lowe's for this company. You can get no answer from no one after 5:00 p.m. they hold too much of your money as we speak right now. They have at least five loads that I've already delivered that they haven't paid me for and they do that because whatever you decide you have had enough. They rake up all kind of fees to take the money they owe you back from you all in all bypass this company because I promise you you too. If you come here with experience the same thing they have no idea how to run a business and they do not pay out of pocket for anything. My truck broke down. Not to mention the AC was broke for 3 weeks. There was not trying to fix it. They asked me to stay in my truck because my truck got towed in to the shop in Rochester New York and I told them that I was not going to sleep in the truck. The truck wouldn't start. Not to mention the AC was broke. They paid for a hotel for that night. When I got my check stub they took the money they paid for the hotel out of my pay as a company driver. I have never heard of that. So please be advised pursue your career somewhere else cuz you will be screwed just like I am right now!

QUITTING RULES!
1. Never tell a company that you quit until you are HOME!!!
2. Whenever possible, have another job to go to the next morning.
3. Before taking a job research the crap out of the company. (Takes me a minimum of 3 days.)2rescuekids, Loudstacks, Frank Speak and 5 others Thank this. -
