    They will leave you sitting in a motel a few miles from town with no transportation for the first week... when you do finally get into a truck they will run you on all the worst late loads and lie and fabricate paperwork to make it seem all is well.. then when you call them out on thier misdeeds they will route you back to angola or Indianapolis to turn in the truck.. its a sham and a shame they are allowed to operate in this manner..totally unprofessional .. stay away .. any review that seems negative is guaranteed from a previous driver.. and guaranteed any positive review is made from a dispatcher

    Fiance has been with tradition for almost a year now and we've done nothing but good here. Loads are on time and pay is amazing compared to other places with a lease purchase option.
    Need to check yourself as most of the reviews done by drivers that are ####, are those done by folks who cant keep their #### doors closed and deny loads left and right.
