You are an employee. They are the employer. You get compensation for your time in the form of a wage. They get a larger compensation because they are taking the financial risk of owning the company. Including accidents. How the hell are they withholding your check. Did you sign anything agreeing to this? You messed up, they fired you. Yes in a crappy way but that's the recourse they have at their disposal. Not stealing your check.

 

Never seen a blown tire bend a rim. How'd that happen?

 

I can think of a few ways, all of which would be considered preventable, and involving concrete.

 

This one was caused by a bad GPS programer and the railroad and a police report apparently back it up. SMH

If your home area is Little Rock, Ar., why get a job halfway across the country????
And then don't have two nickles to rub together. Times are tough, i get that, but why put yourself in deeper when a job closer to home wouldn't leave you stranded.
