I love chicken. Fried, baked or stuffed and roasted! And, a good Chicken Caesar Salad can't be beat!:biggrin_2559:

I recall years ago coming down though Parker thinking the scales would be closed for I was over weight. They were not closed that afternoon and held me up. I called down to Headstreams at Quartzsite where I always fueled and he sent one of his hands with a pickup truck and we unloaded a pickup load of fruit. At Quartzsite we loaded it back on my trailer. Was not a fun trip but I made it back to Arkansas without a problem. Going through Parker saved me much trouble several times.

i'm curious as to why you'd want to go into parker anyways. specially, since there's a road that goes down below around banning. i've taken it quite a few times.

if he's on the 10, take the 95 up to the 40. no scale untill tehachapi and they're closed at night. the rest of the scales would be easy to drive around.

You know if you miss a downshift going into a scale, their detectors pick it up and flag you for an inspection, right? :biggrin_2554:
