I had hazmat when I first got my CDL but I never used it. I let it fall off. Now (10 years later), I am going to a company that does some hazmat hauling. Its not much but they still want me to have it just in case.
Is there anywhere on the internet, or youtube, that I can find all the information I need to study up on? Im rusty with it to say the least so anything will help.
Thanks for the time Drivers!

There are practice tests on this site. Just go to the home page and look. The test is a snap. Run through the practice tests a dozen times and you'll pretty much be ready to pass the exam.

Ah really? Never knew that, ill try to find it!

Just scroll back to the top,its right there under the truckers report name. But don't be surprised if the test ask questions that's not on the cdl practice test. You can download a cdl manual and in their is the hazmat chapter.

I found a youtube video and it had someone reading the hazmat right out of the book. It was for a different state, I think main or something, but it was word for word the same as Louisiana. I listened to it while driving went and took my test and missed one question.

When I was studying for the CDL written (including the Hazmat) I used this site as well to practice. It was helpful, but the your best bet is your state's written exam study guide. The differences in the wording for the questions can be dramatic.

I studied the ole fashion way, from the manual.Once I got it down I took online test then the test at the DMV.If you wanna study from online test,I would suggest going to other sites and practice from their test as well as the one on here. They all have different questions and some more questions then others.

Don't forget to get a copy of your state's CDL manual. It's section 9 in most of them. Most state's have a way to put the thing on your Ipod and listen as well. It's not a hard test--there's just a lot of information to keep sorted out in your noggin.
