I have a tnd 530 that is stuck on "no gps" have tried rebooting inside truck, out side truck, in an empty parking lot, and in a grass field. All with clear views of the sky was the no other electronics with me. Gps can see between 12 to14 satellites but says it has no signal. No outage and phone gps works fine. Had gps no issue in same area then tuned off tnd for 4 days, now it has this issue

When my 730 acted the same way, functionality was restored by pressing & holding in reset button for 5 secs. It's the recessed button on back of unit. A paperclip or ballpoint pen works well to press reset button.

Try pressing the reset button on the back and the power button at the same time for about 10 seconds and see if that helps.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I send the Traffic E-Mail up to my Boss. This will be code change and I have not heard back from him yet on this.

As for the box, I have to run the route in demo mode and see if I see it.

    Thanks,
    Mark

That didn't work, however I overloaded the gps os and forced it to crash. Once I forced that it finally cleared whatever it is that makes it not function as a gps even with full signal.
    Thanks for all your help.

@Mark Kling Well that didn't last long. Lost sound again (only when docked). Deleted user file like before. But this time, still no sound after reboot.

Start a conversation with me and let me have your phone number. I am going to have Pablo call you. He is the supervisor of CS and also a few directors have been in the E-Mail stream. He is going to send you a replacement.

    Thanks,
    Mark

I have a question...first of all, someone said the traffic is free? Second, how do I create a R/M account when my TNDT70 (brand new as of today) says 'oh no, it looks like you're using an iOS device...

I use A SAMSUNG S8 for the Hotspot to give it WiFi, and even tried a regular Hotspot, same thing. What gives? I can't use ANY of the Internet apps on the device as it thinks I'm using a crApple product, which I would die before even touching!
