LOL, so true. I got a ticket there once for being 1" over width.

An alternative would be to zoom out, scroll the map until the approximate city location is underneath the crosshair. Then zoom in adjusting the map position until you find a street intersection or street segment that is close enough that you should be able to eyeball your destination. Select the intersection or street segment, and just route to there.

I am wondering about your 1st statement. Am I taking it to mean it is my fault for these two files? I have submitted to Rand about this issue.

If you find the city center, you can zoom out/in to find streets/intersections and then zoom in and place the green "+" on the street. at the bottom you will see "route to here".

    Thanks,
    Mark

Hey mark new issue. Unit won't power on. It is charged and red light is on when plugged in. Just won't turn on when power button pressed. Any quick fix or ideas?

Unplug it. Press the reset button. Press the power button for about 5 seconds. Let it sit overnight. Plug it in and let it charge until the light on the front turns green.

99% of the time it will now turn back on and be fine.

Well I got one now Mark.... nice to my traffic adapter works on the 720. First to impressions- really like the new layout of the device pages. 'Bout all I can say at the moment, just mounted the thing on my dash and went through my preferences.

    Usually is suggest -

    1. Unplug it for 12 hours.
    2. Plug it into AC (house power or inverter) for 3 hours.
    3. Turn it on.
    4. Once you get the accept screen press the reset button.

    Thanks,
    Mark

This issue has been fixed as of yesterday. Could you please rerun the diagnostics and see if these two files still come up as needing repair.

    Thanks,
    Mark
