Mark, just wanted to let you know that after the last update, it seems that the NYC routing issue with the GWB and 102" restriction has magically disappeared. I guess someone at RM is actually listening.

 

TND710, just updated the map. Now I have a transparent screenshot button that I want to get rid of; I don't like it cluttering the screen. How can it be turned off?

 

There is a setting in device settings as to the function of a quick press on the power button, if u set it to capture screen shot it should remove the screen shot button from the main screen.

 

This is a question to Mark or anybody else that might know the answer.I have a 4 month old TND 720 gps.It stays on about an hour and than the screen fades away and than the unit goes blank. Anybody have an idea whats wrong with this unit.Stan Williams

 

Mark my dc plug just fell apart.i cut it off and put a new cig lighter plug on the end.red charge light comes on and the unit will work for a few mins and than fades out and shuts off.the dock on the computer says that the f drive is bad and needs fixed.Stan

 

You will need a new dc cord as mark said call Rand support
