I really feel the assigned truck program may disappear...just sayin...hopefully it may not come down to "drive whatever is available on your depart day" scenario...but:(

Do i have to follow all your post and refute them as being opinions and not"facts" as you say?

We have multiple 4yr drivers with their own assigned trucks, most complaints that i hear come from guys getting in senior drivers trucks and having to turn them down for a number of reasons, personal stuff not removed, cleanliness and the like, so nice try pinningit allon new guys, but that's what trolls likeyou do. I guess it worked because i fell for it again.

You sound so desperate trying to fool others to come work here. These drivers here are Walmart’s version of JB Hunt BS artist recruiters.

Maybe that will solve the problem of guys leaving unnecessary items in the truck as if you live in it.

Understand everything that guy says is bull squeeze.

We have guys been here three years and less in their own truck. And there are policies to keep the trucks clean. Anyone not doing it will be coached, then stepped, then terminated.

But that does not fit into his fantasy world of Facetwat posts, so he makes stuff up.

No we answer questions truthfully. You make up complaints. Big difference.

Oh to an outsider it may appear you have a clue. But those that work here see you for what you are.

Doubt it. Way more work for management that way.

Remember though, all this reassignment began less than a year ago. Most terminals have drivers with up to 13 years and more who were forced to go on a program. Might consult with those drivers to see what they have been told with in the last 3 weeks.
