    That guy was on here over a month ago talking about it before it was public info. Yes I know they received an offer. Everyone suggested that charles guy was just spreading rumors.

    That Charles guy spread rumor that Night had already bought USA and they were just waiting for the deal to be completed.

    I understand this but there was some smoke to the rumor. Very strange though is the fact that Knight already owned 8% of USA truck prior to the announcement. Not sure the SEC would like it if they sold in the near term.

    He was told by someone at knight that something was coming down the wire. Whoever told him is the one who could potentially be in a lot of trouble. Its funny cause the stock popped to over 9 dollars a share on the day of the announcement even though the articles say USA rejected it.

    Yep and Knight owning 8 percent of the stock. Wonder how much they sold when it hit $8.90. They knew USA wasn't interested, so why did they announce it?

    In the end it won't matter if USA is interested. If the shareholders vote to accept 9 bucks a share then thats what it will be.
