Why do so many of you want this guy in prison? It costs tax payers money to jail someone and it doesn’t appear that any of it was intentional. Are you saying we should just start putting everyone that does something dumb behind the wheel in jail. How does that help anyone?tucker Thanks this.

Your presumption is that it was deliberate and he intended to crash for which there is no evidence. Not taking ramps or the ditch were bad decisions, but it doesn’t make it deliberate. I see four wheeler rear end collisions all the time where there is someplace for the driver to go besides into the back of another car.
