So you're equating deciding what I do with my time that gets nobody killed to somebody who kills 4 people because they're apparently not qualified to ride a tricycle downhill?

    Gearjammin' Penguin Thanks this.

Why do so many of you want this guy in prison? It costs tax payers money to jail someone and it doesn’t appear that any of it was intentional. Are you saying we should just start putting everyone that does something dumb behind the wheel in jail. How does that help anyone?

I'lI be darned. And here I thought such places were built and maintained free of charge by the Jail Fairy.

His victim selection was intentional, btw.
He steered into the softest available targets.
After bypassing truck ramps and what not of course.

Your presumption is that it was deliberate and he intended to crash for which there is no evidence. Not taking ramps or the ditch were bad decisions, but it doesn’t make it deliberate. I see four wheeler rear end collisions all the time where there is someplace for the driver to go besides into the back of another car.

The legal system holds those who make bad decisions leading to property damage/injury/ death accountable.

    Decisions are

    by definition

    deliberate.
