swift hard to get hired?

I'm glad you started this thread because I also am having questions, not just about Swift. If I was terminated for no reason at my last job, two trucking recruiters already told me that I do not meet their hiring criteria. This seems to be a discriminatory practice.....maybe difficult to prove but there are fair employment laws in every state.

Just not understanding how the trucking companies can say this up front, without ever requesting a verification from my previous employer.

Not sure that Swift is one of the companies doing this, might be.

It depends on who the recruiter is... if you get a recruiter that is being short and nasty don't submit the application with him or her... call again until you get one who wants to go to bat for you... the WORSE of them all is NANCY K. the best Corina... my hero... hahahahahahahahaha!!!

Yeah, checked out the link and if you look at it close you will notice that it's a basic C.R. England help wanted section.

 

this guy i know quit central during training while under load, was not rehireable by central but got hired by swift, he quit during swifts training btw

 

No, I don't... but first I got Nancy who was downright rude and I was going to give up on Swift an then I called again and got Corina and she helped me out
