Maybe they unplugged the compressor, to get the valve cover off. The wire often runs along the front of valve cover. Look at compressor, make sure it’s plugged into the wiring harness. Short pigtail wire on compressor, can’t miss it.

You may have a nice opportunity to trade while deals are still to be had but hopefully could get a decent price out of your truck. There will be about a 3 month time frame that’ll be ideal. My guess is it’s starting right now. I just posted five 2016 vans for sale and literally sold them same day. I was pretty blown away. Coming all the way from Cali.

I wonder if it's EIDL money buying those trailers of yours?

I’ve been told that’s an indication you didn’t ask a high enough price.

I like to price stuff fair and make it an ez deal for both parties. But I’m sure I’ve left money on the table before?

Yeah, I got a little nervous because the 5 replacements are coming end of the month. So, I put them 2500 under the going rate and 2500 over what the dealer was offering.

Im not sure whether to feel like I made an extra $12,500 or lost $12,500!

Now I’m nervous I sold them too quick. SMH.

It was trailers but who knows. Could be.

I checked for wiring disconnects before I did anything other than a belt inspection.

Turns out the compressor was bad.

I vaguely recall mentioning a few weeks ago that I replaced all the parts on my truck with factory parts - except the compressor, because, well, it's a compressor and not critical. 1.25 years later and I'm buying another one.

I'm a little hesitant to pull the trigger on a new truck right now, even though I could.

Banker offered me 3.75% money last month. And I thought the 5.5% money I got 5 years ago was good! LOL

With my trailer paid off now and the SBA covering my truck payment via the CARES Act, I'm liking what it feels like with no fixed monthly expense on equipment.

I'm going to continue to build up my maintenance account, which is pretty sizeable right now, and let it rip into the new year.

Who knows, maybe I can milk "Cloud 9" to 750,000 miles and afford a couple of new track suits, brown of course ;-)

I am about 15- 20 years before I can retire and thanks to the EIDL money being used as a working capital, with the maintenance fund not getting any smaller, I have sensed an increasing propensity in me to consider a new truck shopping. Perhaps a glider from Harrison with D60 series and of course ... paper logs that come with it to level the playing field in my favor. Lol.
Well, it would not be EIDL money used for that directly but...it would be definitely EIDL money facilitating it.
