    My 2014 uses NO oil......665000 miles.
    I'd be looking at the warranty.
    And 3-5 days down.
    Sorry, Bob

    Atleast I know now!!!

    Since I wash mine weekly I'm going to be keeping an eye out for what type of truck is waiting behind me...

    If its a reefer, I'm getting the works done just so it will take longer and then after they are done and I do my walk-around, it's not going to meet my expectations, therefore they will be re-washing my truck&trailer, all while you sit behind me watching...

    Cheers!!! :crybaby::crybaby:

    Please do. That way the washout companies will start offering washout only lanes more often. Washouts already have much better profit numbers than full washes. If we get enough pretty boy trucks wasting even more time for unproductive work at washouts, maybe more busy single-lane wash facilities will stop offering wash jobs and concentrate on the easy money.

    Itsbrokeagain and JonJon78 Thank this.

    I am going on home time, so a few days down will not be a problem.

    I wasn't bragging, I was just saying.
    Seriously, my truck has nearly 650k miles on it and, honestly, doesn't use a drop of oil between changes around 30k.
    Wish you the best, Bob.

    You’re not at a washout. Lol. Go to a dedicated washout if you don’t want to wait. I’m sure they’d rather see me any day of the week when I tip the guys that wash mine than rinse out a dirty trailer for no tip.

    Maybe if the big money is in dedicated washouts and not washes you should build a few and get rich. You already know the profitability of them so what’s holding you back?

    fordconvert and wore out Thank this.

    Funny. I tip $5.00 to one guy for 10 minutes of work. Do you tip $90 dollars to six guys for 30 minutes of work?

    The fact that I have no interest in dealing with rotten potatoes in reefer trailers. There is a reason I tip, even for mediocre washouts. It's not a job I would want to do every day.
