Yes, his vehicle was towed. I passed a L3 DOT inspection on site post accident.dwells40 Thanks this.

Got that. The accident will show up on your PSP as your being involved in a crash. Unless they have changed the way they are reporting these events now. Without any notations, except that it wasn't a fatality.
Happened to me in 2016, a girl hit my trailer. She was found at fault and cited. I was exonerated in the accident report. Her insurance paid for all damages to the trailer.
I tried to get the FMSCA to remove it, they said they couldn't. Stayed on my record for 3 years, I think.Farmerbob1 and stuckinthemud Thank this. -
I was wrong. I just did my annual Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Compliance Report, including my PSP and the crash still shows.Farmerbob1 Thanks this.
