Dot also considers the accident your fault. Unless the rules changed recently.

Some dude from jb hunt was driving through a construction zone when a bridge collapsed. Guess who's fault it was. Not the construction crew.

Crete safety also considers a warning ticket ...the same as an actual ticket...no difference to them

I did not receive any ticket whatsoever. However, I expect Crete is likely to have me go somewhere and take a class or something.

That looks like green antifreeze. And a bent radiator.

    Farmerbob1 Thanks this.

Yes, his vehicle was towed. I passed a L3 DOT inspection on site post accident.

Got that. The accident will show up on your PSP as your being involved in a crash. Unless they have changed the way they are reporting these events now. Without any notations, except that it wasn't a fatality.

Happened to me in 2016, a girl hit my trailer. She was found at fault and cited. I was exonerated in the accident report. Her insurance paid for all damages to the trailer.

I tried to get the FMSCA to remove it, they said they couldn't. Stayed on my record for 3 years, I think.

I was wrong. I just did my annual Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Compliance Report, including my PSP and the crash still shows.
