Teaming after Training

    I hope I'm in the correct section. I really blew it last time. Two questions if I may:

    1. Are there any Companies that will allow two new drivers to team up after all training is completed? In my case it would be myself and my son.

    2. If there is, would they allow us to split the Cpm any way we wanted. Since I am on Social Security, I would only want $ 14,400 per year. I would like everything else to be paid to my son.

    Lots of companies are hiring teams. As to splitting pay, it is perfectly legal to do so. Just make sure that all monies reported to him actually go to him. He will have to pay all taxes on that part and you on your part. If you are planning on his giving you a share under the table, then you are committing fraud. The IRS pays a 15% reward to anyone who reports tax cheaters so if you are going to cheat, send me a private message with your name and address so I can split that reward with you also.
