Yes you can run teams with USA. They usually run teams pretty good from what I've heard, although like everyone you will have your bad weeks...
TnVols Trucking Thanks this. -
The only obvious problem that I could see is that team truck would be in competition with training trucks and I am not sure if they would favor one or the other for loads.

When I was with USA, I heard it was like this... but this was from other drivers...
Owner OP/Lease OP
Team Truck
Trainer Truck
Solo
I've also heard team is above O/O depending on load.. but who knows.GoneButNotForgotten and TnVols Trucking Thank this. -
USA is incapable of team dispatch. I know. They dispatch teams on 300 mile loads. That's a no no. If you want to team go with Schneider. The truck never stops. Except for fuel, food and showers. I know. I teamed there for quite awhile. Teams get the better trucks too. Good luck.TnVols Trucking Thanks this.

It honestly seems to be hit and miss. I know 2-3 married couples who run as teams and do very well. One guy has been with the company 12 years and says he wouldn't work anywhere else. Then I've seen situations where it just doesn't make any sense. I was in VA the other day and given an 800 mile load delivering in less than 24 hours. I knew it wasn't possible but they told me to go get it anyways and they'd work on rescheduling delivery at the final. Anyhow, while I'm sitting at the dock getting loaded, a lesbian team truck (yes they were and no I'm not talking c r a p or speculating) pulls in next to me. They were on a 300 mile load. I tried to get dispatch to switch our loads and trailers but was told "LC doesn't want to make the switch. Something about preplans for both of yall." Anyhow, don't know what happened to them but I ended up delivering 6 hours late and then got another 800+mile load with 2 day transit time. Oh well. Worked out for me I guess.

If it is the same team I met a couple times when I was at USA... One older woman with short blond/bleach blond at one time hair and a slightly younger bigger woman with some sort of dark colored longer hair... Anyways, if it was that couple... They were complete B****ES one time when I swapped trailers with them. They weren't happy that they had to drop their brand new trailer and wasn't happy that I had a light bulb out (that was working before). The older one knocked on my truck and started b****ing me out so i just rolled my window back up and went to sleep again and they left.

HAHAHAH YES THATS THEM! The bigger dark haired one was driving when they backed into the dock. Then once she cut the truck off, to my shock, the blonde(ish) one got up and practically straddled across her lap and lip locked with her. They had a full on makeout session going for about 5 minutes. Needless to say I just went back to smoking and texting. Even the loader guy asked me quietly about them when he came out with my bills and seal. He was like "Hey I don't mean to be rude but uh....whats up with those two?" Lol!

I would have just told the loader this, "Well... you seen it, you should know."
The blondish one always looked pissed off when I seen her. The second time I met her, she was nice to talk to, but that time i had to get my load relayed by them... I wanted to just shove a cork down her throat so she'd shut up. The other one was nice to talk to both times. I also guess they like to attract attention or something haha.
