When the policy is coming up you can deny their exclusive, but the next agent will require it so you need to know they can beat the rate or at least stay the same.

It's not really about the rate. My broker has been dropping the ball these past 2 years on simple stuff, like putting wrong endorsements and lack of accessibility when I need something done. It's starting to be a real ####-show.

I have been having the same problems with my nationwide rep which was part of why I started looking for other options

I’ve been with Northland for quite some time, unfortunately they moved my agent to a different department, so I might be shopping for a renewal elsewhere. Great West might be a good start, renewal is up first of the year.

my agent is out of Cabot, Ar
I’m at 15,678.02/year, 2 trucks and 4 trailers plus 40k non owned trailer.
If I add a driver it goes up $3000/year per driver.Siinman, W923, Diesel Dave and 1 other person Thank this. -
Who do I contact about getting rid of the exclusivity? The broker or Great West itself?
-
Tell me why, ain't nothing but a heartbreak,.....tell me why ....
cke Thanks this. -
Renewal time here as well. Thinking of leaving Great West been their almost 25 yrs zero claims. Progressive is $3500.00 cheaper than Great West. However if I can't get the work its not worth it?
