A friend was fired by Ryder for cell phone use...
The inward facing Camara caught him... but wait.... it was their company cell that they run the elog on and the video showed him set it back in the holder BEFORE he started driving...!

A little tip from the old school,,,,
When you return to your truck and before you get in to leave, always take a look at the fifth wheel latch handle. Make sure it hasn’t been pulled.
