    HAHA. thank you for the laughs!!! Some pretty interesting ideas for payback on here. Honestly, I wanted to smack him in his mouth but Im sure he would have had me arrested so I restrained myself. I used to be a hot head and if this was 10 years ago, I wouldnt have thought twice about knocking him on his ###. You guys and girls are right though, Im better off without that job. Im not the first person hes done this to and Im sure Im not the last. Like the saying goes, everything happens for a reason. I just hope karma finds him soon and he gets raped by a gorilla on speed!!:biggrin_255:

    A Pilot pretrip is returning to your truck with a cup of coffee and you might look down the side as you get in it. A thorough Pilot pretrip is walking around the truck and lightly kick the tires. They might bend over in a blind stare just to look good. They look around to see if anyone is watching their miracle in progress. Hey look at me, I'm actually doing a pretrip! Then they get amazed at that huge moth stuck in their radiator. Then they feel good getting in the truck with their 3 point inspection. Yeah I did more than I normally do.

    The law states that he cannot single you out if anybody else let it go in a similar situation. I got my last boss fired for 35 categories of EEOC violations. The EEOC has a judges manual that judged use to guide themselves in cases... so you can see exactly what they expect from employers.

    I just read the judges handbook and marked the violations... 35 categories with probably a hundred violations in total. I was surprised, because people told me I didnt have any merit... turns out I had 35 categories of Merit!

    My record is spotless but I dont have a year. I only drove straight truck since school and that was only for 5 months.
