Testing after finishing otr training. At roehl what to expect?

After you finish training -- rumor has it things go a lot like this:



But you can largely bypass at least most of that....if you are part of their conestoga fleet.

Most companies just make you do a road test and a backing maneuver. You should be fine as long as you don't run any red lights or stop signs, and you don't back into anything.

 

Go slow and don't overthink it. They didn't invest all that time in you just to fire you because you turned a blinker on one foot too early or late. They're not looking to find a mistake, they're just seeing if you shove one in their face.

 

It's possible but I doubt it. Collections isn't a good business model unless you're purchasing debt from someone else for pennies on the dollar and then settling for a fraction of the outstanding balance. If Rohel fires you, they'll probably send a few bills before they just hand it off to someone else.
