Does it not bother you that there are drivers out there maneuvering 80,000 pounds while watching TV?

    HotH2o and Knucklehead Thank this.

He uses a camera mounted on his head for filming. Imagine a jock strap holding a camera on someones head. :D

What I'm doing is saving lives. I'm also trying to counsel and correct bad behavior in truckers (policing ourselves) so the FEDs don't do it for us. Do you know they want to add all kinds of more electronic gizmos to our trucks like cell phone blockers while the engine is running? Why not put the phone down according to the regulations and laws rather than break the law and have even more regulations and laws imposed on the rest of us who are already running legally.

In 5 years it will be en vogue to wear a bodycam all the time.

Businesses use cameras to protect their property from thieves and burglars. Everyday people could wear a bodycam to protect against the same. Crime will drop and we will be a peaceful society through camera.

Ill gladly "snitch" (as you put it) on stupid drivers that blatantly pull others lives at risk, including yours and mine. If you saw a Professional Driver going down the road in his nice Peterbilt (or what ever truck it may be) drinking a Beer would you call the cops or his company?... If you say no you're either stupid or a liar. And there is no difference between drinking a beer and using a cell phone while driving a CDL rig, both of them should NEVER happen... In fact its probably easier to get a driving job with an old dui on your record then to get one with a cell phone ticket while operating a commercial vehicle. These are the kind of drivers that we need to get off the road!
