If those are your Only options I would say swift would be your best choice....BUT since you live in TN you should Look into Watkins Shepard thats who I drive for....way better then those 5! theres tons of info on here about them.

I would go with the following order:

    Watkins Shepard
    USX or Swift
Try Maverick as well if you can do flatbed.
    Roehl

My answers are because I do not think pairing two newbies and teaming make sense. I do not know if USX makes newbies team after they complete training. I am from FL and only USX does require this. Stay away from Cr England and CRST. I would also look into Schneider as well. They are good to newbies and have a good training program. Being that you live in TN, you live in a good freight area. Trust me and ask others.

Yep they do. I literally just got my cdl and I got the thumbs up from them as well as a few others. So yeah W/S does hire recent grads.

apply and Prime Inc. you will be pleasantly surprised by their pay even for new drivers. Once you ahev applied I was approved to be hired in 3 days. Mostly because I had 7 jobs in the last three years so it took a while for them to reference everything. Good luck, and do not work for Werner!!!

Oh you are looking for regional... if Swift and Werner are saying they are looking for regional drivers... just keep in mind this position is highly desired. It means the person would not have to do OTR. A new driver is not going to be the guy they choose for that highly desired position... A lot of people join these two companies and end up driving OTR, then quit because they feel betrayed and lied to... Werner is big on betrayal...

    Like I always say:

"Werner Trucking: A more vile hive of scum and villainy would be very difficult to find."
