    I hear ya.
Rolled my ankle, broke a light fixture, miss delivered two pieces that were wrapped with the correct piece, accidentally knocked over a 2x4, as I was under it (hitting myself in the head).
Yes, it was a cranial rectal day for shore.
    I should have stayed home.

Big Don and Mike2633 Thank this.

By the time I got my last delivery off it felt like 6:00 when it was only 3:00.

I had 2 Product Not on Truck codes today which is similar to your miss delivered two pieces so don't feel bad it wasn't only you.

Not to bump in... Ok.. I will anyway. Our dockworkers all mutinied and quit. All the P&D guys now load their own trucks in the morning. My nickname is Vlad... I impale a lot of stuff

    ...forklift joke.

Well, if we want it done right we HAVE to do it ourselves. :biggrin_2552:

Whoa there! Sounds like you should have taken a "mental health" day today!

Right! We'll scramble our own freight, thank you very much...:D

More like... never enough time to do it right, but always enough time to do it over.

On a side note, I usually go: sorry about your freight being all smashed up, our dockworkers had a busy morning. Recently: Sorry about your freight, yeah, uh... what happened was my side of the dock ran out of straps and uh... yeah, it just collapsed and look at this mess!... let me write this up on your DR and then your shipper and my company can make this right. Yeah yeah yeah... I'll keep your pallet since none of your freight is actually on it anymore. Mind helping me scoop this up real quick so I can stop blocking your dock in?

Our place started requiring that the driver keep straps handy to avoid just that situation.

    Big Don Thanks this.
