Dang right it does, they can't seem to understand that they need to make sure its on the BOL, before I get there. I have no qualms about leaving 50 Gal. barrels of dry cleaning chemicals on the curb, along with their boxes of clothing bags and hangers.

    7:00 am today classic dispatcher
Me: Those two atv's (arctic cat sxs) need to go on a flat bed.
Dispatcher: hahahaha, you can get it done. You're good at it.
Me: This receiver does not have a dock, only a Bobcat to unload.
Dispatcher: Then we will put them in the nose, so if they refuse them You will still get the rest of your stops delivered.
Me: shakes my head as I walk away
Turns out the owner of that particular power sports shop, also is part owner of the regional Lumber Wholesaler. About a mile away, with several docks to unload at. I was there for a separate delivery an hour earlier. Even joked with the dock crew about getting these things out.
Why didn't they just take them then? When I called the power sports company to inform them of the need to have specific equipment ready when I got there to deliver their Atv's.:biggrin_1square8:
I could have saved an hour of my time and theirs.

Could you at least move those with a pallet jack?

Nope, metal frames, with side holes for a fork lift.
These were pushed in lengthwise, nearly the width of the trailer to begin with.

I had to do a lot of those. Use a chain on 'em & let the consignee use his Bobcat to pull them out so he can pull them off. Works really well.

I wish, con. said they are not in the habit nor is it policy to chain and drag out items. So, at least the owner had a solution, go to his other company and fork them out on that dock. Then he asked me what I would have done, had there not been a dock available. I told him that they would stay where they are and I would go home. He didn't seem to like that idea.

Ugh... So here is how stupid my company is. We had a guy that tore a set of airlines so we fired him. He got called in in the morning like usual, he was told that he was done... They did a quick pause, then told him we were short on drivers and that before he was fired, he had to run a full route.
