The Decline Of Crete Carrier

I've been at Crete for 7 years now and don't feel I've been treated poorly.

 

I have been here over a year now and I have been treated very well. I also treat Crete employees like I want to be treated. Money and miles are good too. Some weeks are better than others, but overall I can't complain.

 

Thanks Mack perhaps that's why Crete are going down cause they treat everyone like cattle instead of like human beings?

I was with CCC For eight years and left this past January. The only thing, I didn't like was the hiring process of some of you #######es. It's becoming a 100% training company. Went to a smaller outfit in Lincoln and I'm very happy. You can make some good money. But, at what cost? They are adding more and more of those cameras In the trucks. When I left, they where up too 300.

 

So for me, 8 years experience, your opinion is CCC is not a good company for experienced drivers? I've been reading this thread and 2 others ice found but just like truck drivers, no one agrees on anything. Some say it's bad. Some say it's great

 

You're right, you can't get two truck drivers to agree on anything. There is always good and bad at any company, you just have to find a fit for what you want.
For me Crete has been good, plenty of miles and highest pay I've seen. Will be 8 years next month.
