No problem man. Just understand this, and take this as free advice. In this industry if someone with experience is trying to help you and explain something to you shut up and listen. Its hard sometimes I understand that, but believe me the more help, guidance, and knowledge you can gain from someone whos either been doing this for awhile, whether they work for Millis or not, is invaluable. Good luck in school and if you have any questions feel free to ask me I'll help you just like I've helped several others here if I can.

I bought the Breathe Right strips. My review on them is mixed. My roommate says, that yes, they work and he isn't hearing snoring. However, I use SnoreLab on my iPhone. It has told a different story. But listening to a few of the recordings and looking at the graphs from this and Sleeplus, I think that with the Breathe Right strips the snoring happens later in the night and the roommate is already sound asleep, and snoring himself.

Since I bought a pack of 26 strips, I'll be continuing to try the Breathe Right strips along with my Sleeplus snore stopping mask. At home, I have a wedge pillow, which I plan to bring when I get back from weekend home time.

"It's a lot easier to learn from others' experience and mistakes. You won't live long enough to make them all yourself."

I’ve picked up a MedCline pillow. Add my Sleeplus mask, and the Breathe Right strips, hopefully tonight will be low on the snore meter.

How do you manage to sleep with all that stuff? :laughing-guffaw:
That's one way to not snore.
All I need is my Reefer Teddy Bear.

At home, my snoring is far less. I don't think this, I know it because I track with apps. At home the room is 65º, there's a better mattress, and fans on.

I spent $2K on a mattress for my truck.
I liked I could turn the air up in the sleeper. Getting good air circulation in there. I can't stand stagnant air in bedroom. Get claustrophobic in my sleep. Cool air is good too.

My trainer will be screwed lmao. Probably shouldn’t be a trainer if you can’t deal with people snoring, etc.
